Queichey Quiche

I made a quiche tonight! I think this is probably my first ever. Aaron wanted something with tuna and I wanted quiche, so we combined the two!

My first task was finding a recipe with no cottage cheese or breadcrumbs. Mainly because we don't have any. I found a great one and all it needed was tuna, cheese, eggs, mayo and cornstarch (replaced with flour).

After about 15 minutes

Today was also a snow day. Aaron was home, people were in hysterics for the last to days, meteorologists were sending hourly warnings....Completely awesome. Anyway. Yesterday was ice, today, rather late morning to an hour ago, was snow. It wasn't even that bad. They were calling for 6-9 inches, then 8-12 inches, then back to 6-10 inches. I think we maybe got 4 or 5 at most.

We hung out at home watching movies and eating.

I'm excited to get pictures tomorrow. As of now, the drifts are up past windows (roughly 3 feet) out back and 4 feet out front. I can't see the cars from our window!

I hope everyone is staying safe and warm. I hope no one loses power tonight or tomorrow!

Sooo how did the quiche taste? My husband's just not into them ~ but I'm always willing to force him to try new recipes :)

It was actually pretty good! I threw in some Garlic Powder, garlic salt and dried minced onions. I think next time I will put some veggie or more spices. I'd recommend trying it!
